"Top Notch Diva", produced, engineered and co-written by David Waehner, was the debut release for Atlanta-based R&B recording artist, Quiarre Lee, on the Key Money Grip label, and features triple platinum recording artist, Trina and Hip-Hop icon, Trick Daddy.

The track hit #3 on Billboard's Hot R&B Hip-Hop Single Sales chart in 2006.  It also charted on the Hot R&B Hip-Hop Songs and the Hot Singles Sales charts for seven weeks.  Check it out.
